**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at our Glasgow Silverburn store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of Smiggle products.
- Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment, including maintaining a clean and organized store, and participating in visual merchandising and display activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
- Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the store.
**Requirements**
- 4 or 8 hour part-time contracts available with the opportunity to flex-up hours when required.
- Weekend availability is a must.
- Flexibility to work shifts throughout the week is desired.
