Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, prospects, and key accounts for targeted marketing and sales efforts.
- Product Demonstrations and Training
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and in-service training sessions for healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of our respiratory equipment.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including respiratory therapists, pulmonologists, gastroenterologists, and other associated healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular meetings and communications with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide ongoing support and assistance.
- Market Analysis and Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to Respiratory equipment and procedures in designated territory.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement, new product development, and market expansion.
- Training and Education
- Stay current on product knowledge, clinical applications, and industry developments related to Respiratory equipment through ongoing training and professional development activities.
- Provide training and educational resources to customers and key stakeholders on product features, usage guidelines, and best practices in Respiratory procedures.
- Degree-level qualification - desirable
- Medical background preferred but not essential
- Experience within a field sales environment, ideally within the healthcare industry strongly preferred
- Minimum 12 months experience in a Territory Manager role
- Senior Territory Manager minimum 3 Years' experience with a track record of success
- Self-motivated with a strong will to succeed
- Highly skilled in organizing and planning multiple demands and priorities
- Demonstrates high levels of integrity in dealings with external and internal customers
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
- Highly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfaction
- Focused personal continuous improvement and development
