Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Administrator to join our team at South London Property Group Ltd T/A Dalby Property Recruitment. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating tenancies, maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, and ensuring a smooth move-in process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating Tenancies: Work with negotiators to ensure tenant requests are met prior to move-in, and coordinate with referencing providers to complete referencing within a quick turnaround time.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage all administrative tasks related to tenancies, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal teams, including negotiators and referencing providers, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an estate agency setting.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: A team player with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
