Regional Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team at NHS Arden & GEM CSU. This role is vital in driving the regional adoption and successful implementation of the Federated Data Platform (FDP), a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing data connectivity across the NHS.

As a Regional Account Manager, you will play a critical role in engaging with NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Boards within your designated region, ensuring the effective rollout and utilisation of the FDP.

Collaborate closely with regional delivery managers, business readiness managers, and technology delivery teams to support the adoption and integration of FDP products.

The Federated Data Platform is a major component of NHS England's Data Services, designed to unify and streamline data connectivity across the NHS.

By integrating existing IT systems into a single, secure platform, the FDP facilitates improved information sharing, supports local population health management, and provides real-time insights for better decision-making in care delivery and operational management.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in healthcare or digital transformation, particularly within the NHS or a similar large-scale healthcare environment.

You will have a proven track record in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and project management, with the ability to navigate complex organisational structures and drive adoption of innovative digital solutions.

Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior NHS officials and regional healthcare leaders.

Strong project management skills, with experience in planning and executing engagement Analytical skills to identify risks and develop effective solutions, ensuring operational excellence and overcoming barriers to adoption.

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) and stakeholder engagement techniques are advantageous.

Significant experience in the healthcare sector, ideally within the NHS or related projects, with familiarity with NHS structures, operational challenges, and regulatory frameworks.

A solid understanding of digital health platforms and data management principles is beneficial given the technological focus of the FDP.

Key Responsibilities:
