As a Cabin Cleaning Services Supervisor, your role will encompass two primary responsibilities. Firstly, you will operate the steps vehicle to facilitate your team's access to the aircraft. Secondly, you will collaborate with your team to deliver cleaning services within stringent timeframes, enabling clients to prepare the aircraft for subsequent flights.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the team is prepared for their shift and executing their tasks in compliance with HSE guidelines.
  • Conducting regular audits of the aircraft to guarantee that standards are consistently met while keeping clients informed of progress.

Due to the nature of this position, you will be required to undergo a Police check, a full financial credit check, and provide five years' worth of references.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an experienced aircraft cleaner aiming to advance their career or a driver with experience in operating airside vehicles. A Full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive management of cleaning teams on both individual and group levels.
  • Ensuring the team maintains high-quality cleaning standards and effectively conducts security checks on assigned aircraft.
  • Safely driving and operating aircraft steps and positioning them onto the aircraft.
  • Liaising with movement control to obtain daily work details and relevant documentation.
  • Attending briefings regarding key focus cleaning areas and effectively communicating the information to the team.
  • Efficiently planning and fairly allocating tasks to team members.
  • Accurately completing and returning secure clean and vehicle defect documentation.
  • Collaboratively working with the allocations team, effectively communicating aircraft arrival times, delays, and secure cleaning turnaround times.
  • Monitoring the team to ensure all members adhere to agreed standards.
  • Completing final walkthroughs with the teams to rectify and prevent callbacks.
  • Effectively managing, coaching, and mentoring aircraft cleaners to meet service level agreements.
  • Ensuring absence management processes are effectively implemented.
  • Maintaining staff discipline and compliance with Company and regulatory requirements, utilizing the Company disciplinary process when necessary.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is managed and processed in accordance with GDPR.
