**Role**: Service Administration Supervisor
**Location**: Based from Scania Heathrow covering the South Central Region (Heathrow, Southampton, Fareham, Swindon, Abingdon and Banbury)
**Salary**: £35,000 - £40,000 with an excellent benefits package including an annual bonus scheme
**Working hours**: Monday - Friday 0800 - 1700. You will be required to work additional weekend hours within our months end.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our South-Central Region as our Service Administration Supervisor. You will be an organised and process orientated individual, with excellent attention to detail. Responsible for overseeing a team of administrators, across all six branches within the South-Central region, you will lead your team to deliver an exceptional service, build positive working relationships and ensure the efficient running of our invoicing system.
Previous supervisory positions will be advantageous, but not essential.
**Key responsibilities**:
- **Leadership **- monitor, coach and enhance performance of the Service Administration team.
- **Process Improvement **- review, streamline and improve administrative processes across the region.
- **Customer Service** - build and develop relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- **Invoicing** - oversee and ensure the regions invoicing is smooth and efficient.
