Job Title: Registered Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Branch Manager to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our service, ensuring that individuals with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviors receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centered support plans
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit new colleagues
  • Complete supervisions, appraisals, and medication audits
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and ensure regulatory requirements are met
  • Manage the service's P&L and ensure adherence to policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CIW registered manager or in a care management role
  • Willingness to undertake CIW registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviors
