Job Title: Staff Nurse - Spinal Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our dynamic Inpatient Spinal team at The Princess Grace Hospital.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients with complex and interesting spinal & orthopaedic cases. As a Staff Nurse, you will be part of a well-established Spinal unit, working alongside supportive colleagues, clinical educators and Specialist Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan and provide specialist nursing advice and carry out specialist nursing procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families and colleagues.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • NMC registered Nurse.
  • Experience in mobilising patients and major joint procedures.
  • Exposure to pre-op and post-op Spinal surgeries.
