About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant in Central London. As a Care Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation
  • Help with medication management and self-care
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings
  • Assist with morning and night time routines

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a caring nature and a warm, compassionate heart. Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential. We provide comprehensive training to all our Care Professionals, so you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge.
