We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for managing our CAFM system, allocating work to relevant teams, and providing administrative support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and manage all mailboxes, CAFM, and booking systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide administrative support to facilities teams, including managing a fleet of pool vehicles and booking electric charging.
- Work closely with engineering teams to create job plans and complete end-to-end ownership of high-priority jobs.
- Communicate effectively with third-party contractors and suppliers.
**Requirements**
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
