About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Maes Y Coed, a brand new home in Pembroke Dock. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs associated with autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to residents with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support residents with their daily routines, including medication management and sleep schedules.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or complex needs
  • Ability to work a 35-hour week, including night shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
