Job Title: Information Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled Information Coordinator to join our Eastern Construction business.

Location: Reporting office Witham, Essex, with site work in East Suffolk

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the project common data environment (CDE) and provide ongoing training and support to project stakeholders
  • Validate, check, and curate all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the CDE, including receipt, classification, verification, registry, distribution, and retrieval
  • Configure and prepare status reports on workflows, sample submissions, TQs, RFIs, other reportable data, and user activity to inform digital dashboards
  • Maintain project file naming protocols with the information manager and project team, in line with Kier protocols and ISO 19650
Requirements:
  • Comprehension of industry standard naming conventions, with ISO National Annex preferred
  • Competent experience with Viewpoint for Project, along with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Experience of working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources, preferably within a tier one environment
