About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Information Management Specialist to join our team at Kier Group.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project common data environment (CDE) and providing ongoing training and support to project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Validate, check and curate all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the CDE, including receipt, classification, verification, registry, distribution, and retrieval.
  • Status Reporting: Configure and prepare status reports on workflows, sample submissions, TQs, RFIs, other reportable data and user activity to inform digital dashboards.
  • File Naming Protocols: Maintain project file naming protocols with the information manager and project team, in line with Kier protocols and ISO 19650.
  • Support and Training: Act as the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching, including third parties such as client teams, designers, and subcontractors.
Requirements
  • Industry Knowledge: Comprehension of industry standard naming conventions, preferably ISO National Annex.
  • Technical Skills: Competent experience with Viewpoint for Project, along with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Project Experience: Experience of working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources, preferably within a tier one environment.
