Join Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) as a Photography Producer, where you will play a pivotal role in bringing our visual narratives to life alongside our talented creative teams.

In a retail-centric atmosphere, your expertise will be essential in dissecting and interpreting content briefs, ensuring that our outputs align with brand identity, creative vision, and commercial objectives.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing photography projects from inception to completion, whether in a studio setting or on location.
  • Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to meet various project demands.
  • Producing imagery across multiple categories for use on various platforms.
  • Making informed decisions to balance costs, efficiency, and image delivery while keeping commercial viability and brand alignment at the forefront.
  • Utilizing your influence to harmonize commercial and creative goals within each brief.
  • Developing production schedules to ensure timely delivery of set builds and successful completion of shoots.
  • Managing relationships with model agencies, handling all bookings, and negotiating rates to adhere to budget constraints.
  • Providing detailed briefs to the Photography and Post Production teams regarding shoot requirements and deadlines.
  • Communicating specific layout and image needs to teams for specialized shoots.
  • Participating in reviews to gather insights and lessons for future photography and video projects.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of production experience in either a studio or agency context, focusing on e-commerce stills and motion/video.
  • Experience in strategic planning within a commercial setting that emphasizes creative output.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Post-production experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
