ROLE OVERVIEW

We are in search of a Visual Content Creator to take charge of producing engaging content across various platforms. This role is pivotal in transforming the brand's aesthetic into social-first media. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Creative and Brand Manager, possessing exceptional skills in photography, videography, and graphic design tailored for social media and marketing campaigns.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all aspects of content production, from planning to execution.
  • Develop content specifically designed for various channels, including social media, newsletters, and websites.
  • Drive the implementation of the social creative strategy to achieve engagement and growth objectives.
  • Formulate and manage a comprehensive content strategy and calendar across social media, email, and web platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Creative to ensure all produced content aligns with brand identity.
  • Maintain the social media calendar in sync with the brand's marketing initiatives.
  • Quickly design and execute social-first assets for different channels, including video and user-generated content.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets in the correct formats, including necessary retouching and production adjustments.
  • Publish daily content across all social media platforms.
  • Analyze social media performance to identify strengths and areas for enhancement, adjusting creative production as needed.

CAMPAIGN ASSET MANAGEMENT

  • Lead the complete process for all photo shoots, including mood boards, talent selection, negotiations, and post-production.
  • Create both online and offline assets, such as digital banners and interactive advertisements, for paid and organic campaigns.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will possess a strong visual and creative background, exceptional organizational and project management abilities, and a proven track record in the luxury or fashion industry, showcasing their vision through photography and design.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years in a leading brand photography role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media, graphic design, and content creation.
  • Expertise in image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.
  • Comprehensive design experience across all social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and current trends.
  • Creative, collaborative, and proactive mindset.
