We are seeking a motivated Client Relationship Manager with expertise in destination branding and real estate to join our team and contribute to our growth.

We offer flexible working arrangements, including a four-day work week, with opportunities for both fixed-term contracts and permanent roles.

Join our supportive and collaborative team in a dynamic environment where we take our work seriously while maintaining a light-hearted atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing integrated client accounts, coordinating between strategy, creative, and web development teams, and actively participating in pitches and new business initiatives. A minimum of four years of agency experience is required.

Our projects span various sectors, including place-making, real estate, infrastructure, and hospitality, as well as innovative challenger brands.

Required Experience

  • At least 4 years of experience in a branding or design agency
  • Strategic insight into branding and a passion for the brand development process
  • Experience in delivering both print and digital projects, including web development, film, and animation
  • Involvement in the planning of shoots and collaboration with production teams
  • Proven track record in account development and securing new business
  • Understanding of the marketing mix
  • Experience in property and destination marketing (essential)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary up to £40,000 based on experience, plus discretionary bonuses
