Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker, Deputy Team Leader, or Team Leader to join our team as a Senior Care Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a new challenge and lead a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Support Workers and Deputy Team Leaders to deliver high-quality care to adults with autism.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
  • Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of staff.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in adult care.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of autism and its impact on individuals.
