Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker, Deputy Team Leader, or Team Leader to join our team as a Senior Care Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a new challenge and lead a team of dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Support Workers and Deputy Team Leaders to deliver high-quality care to adults with autism.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
- Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in adult care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of autism and its impact on individuals.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £28,971.58 per annum.
- A full-time contract with 43 hours per week, including a rota pattern.
