Job Summary:

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Procurement Coordinator to support the Procurement Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. The successful candidate will evaluate supply options, provide an exceptional procurement service, and ensure orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with various functions to plan and prioritize supply activities.
  • Review planned orders and create requisitions for raw materials.
  • Support the Procurement Specialist with all procurement functions.
  • Manage UK Extrusion procurement, including forecasting and S&OP processes.
  • Track order acknowledgments, prepare shortage and backlog reports, and provide visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers.
  • Track orders and confirm system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
  • Review, update, and maintain purchase orders until they are closed.
  • Ensure orders comply with supplier agreements and contracts, reporting non-conformances.
  • Assist finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities to achieve efficiencies and control inventory levels versus budget.

Requirements:

  • Experience in using advanced Excel.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with great time management.
  • Fantastic communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build sustainable and productive relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
