Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with Key Decision Makers to sell the full range of BT's products and services.
- Build strong, trusting client relationships and identify, qualify, and close solution opportunities.
- Account manage your client base, keeping up to date with market and business trends, including competitor activities.
- Enthusiastically contribute to your own personal development through participation in coaching, training, and role shadowing.
- Populate and use CRM tools & Intelligent Tools as required for your role.
- Respond to leads provided within 24 hours and update systems accordingly.
- Provide Desk Based Agents with feedback on Leads within 24 hours.
- Ensure a positive customer experience is achieved with every client interaction, managing their expectations in terms of delivery, installation, and billing.
- Be competent and thorough with the ordering processes to ensure customer orders are dealt with efficiently and right first time with no order discrepancy failures.
- Constructively work as part of one sales team, sharing ideas, knowledge, and resources to help build a world-class sales force.
- Sales and or consulting experience.
- Minimum 2 years relevant business/work experience.
