About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at the YourRecruit Group. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT equipment.

Requirements
