About the Role

The Account Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for supporting all aspects of our business, including sales, product development, and customer relationships. This role will work closely with our in-house design team to build and develop exciting footwear ranges, while also liaising with suppliers and offshore offices to ensure seamless production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor the critical path of production, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and develop strategies to maximize opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create commercial ranges that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and offshore offices to ensure efficient production and delivery.
  • Contribute to the success of the business by promoting a culture of trust, fairness, cooperation, and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the footwear and fashion industry, with a strong understanding of sales, product development, and customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, or a background in buying, merchandising, or category management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Driven, results-oriented, and proactive, with a positive and solutions-focused attitude.
  • Educated to degree level, ideally in a qualification related to fashion design, business, or retail.

About the Recruitment Process

The interview process will consist of two stages: an initial interview with the hiring manager and a member of the HR team, followed by a second interview with the hiring manager and team.
