Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs of hydraulic equipment
  • Load testing and certification of jacks, ensuring safe operation and initial inspection of new jacks
  • Ensure all work is conducted safely, supervising contractors on site as needed
  • React to service requests from clients, driving to and locating equipment for PPM or repair
  • Track and manage multiple work orders, keeping line managers and clients informed
  • Effectively communicate work order progress to customers and team members
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, providing high levels of customer service
  • Complete work order administration, ensuring IT work orders are complete and load tests are uploaded to the system
  • Participate in training to safely carry out the role and contribute to the effective running of the team
