About the Role

We Are With You is seeking a skilled Non Medical Prescriber to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for carrying out clinical assessments, diagnoses, and clinical management in line with our policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary, in line with our policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Provide education and support to clients on substance misuse and treatment options
  • Participate in vaccination and blood testing programs, as required

Person Specification

We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse or Pharmacist with experience in prescribing and substance misuse. You will need to have a strong understanding of our policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
