About the Role

We Are With You is seeking a skilled Non Medical Prescriber to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for carrying out clinical assessments, diagnosing, and managing client healthcare issues in line with our policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary, ensuring adherence to national regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide education and support to clients on harm reduction, substance misuse, and addiction management.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support services.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new interventions and programs to improve client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse or Pharmacist with a valid NMC or GPhC registration.
  • Successful completion of the supplementary or independent prescriber course.
  • 3 years' worth of references and an enhanced DBS check (if applicable).
