About the Role

We Are With You is seeking a skilled Non Medical Prescriber to join our team. As a key member of our community healthcare team, you will be responsible for carrying out clinical assessments, diagnoses, and clinical management in line with our policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out clinical assessments and diagnoses in line with our policies and procedures
  • Prescribe treatments and medications as necessary
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide the best possible support and treatment to our clients
  • Develop and implement interventions to support our clients' health and wellbeing
  • Provide education and support to our clients on substance misuse and health-related issues

Person Specification

We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse or Pharmacist with experience in prescribing and community healthcare. You will need to have a strong understanding of clinical assessment and diagnosis, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with our team to provide the best possible support and treatment to our clients.
