Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings to review performance, both financial and against Key Result Areas (KRAs).

  • To identify new business opportunities and work with the line manager to prepare and present proposals to add value to client operations and extend services.

Requirements:

  • Previous Account Management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering results and managing a high-performing team.
  • A desire to work in a company that values its people and actively supports progression.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams.
  • Organizational and analytical skills, with a good dose of commercial awareness.
  • Knowledge of the grocery or FMCG sector.
