Job Overview

E3 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join a globally leading chemical manufacturing company in Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in capital improvement projects and contribute to the company's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering guidance and support throughout the capital program lifecycle, from conception to commissioning.
  • Develop design deliverables for capital project design basis, HAZOP, LOPA, and datasheets.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the production plant.
  • Identify and prioritize improvement projects aligned with the company's SQLCST strategy.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of safety protocols, equipment, and industry standards.
  • Work closely with operators and the operations day team to commission and implement projects.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members while reviewing and approving their work output.

Requirements:

  • Chartered engineer with a degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 6 years of process engineering experience, preferably in batch and continuous improvements.
  • Proven expertise in process design, calculations, specifications, and commissioning.
  • Experience working in Upper Tier COMAH sites is highly desirable.
