We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Mechanical Instructor. This role involves delivering high-quality apprenticeship and commercial training to our client companies.

The successful candidate will have experience in Mechanical Planned and Reactive Maintenance, as well as Lathe/Milling Machine Operation. A working knowledge of chemical process industry and/or CAD is desirable but not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering training programs for apprentices and adult learners.
  • Assessing and evaluating learner progress.
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
