**Technical Training Instructor** Responsibilities:

- Deliver instruction of training courses to an audience of students.
- Delivery of classroom theory and practical training to students, covering electrical, mechanical and hydraulics principles.
- Support the review and update and develop course material in line with course standards.
- Be a support function in the education and training of instructors.

**Technical Training Instructor** Requirements:

- Hold a minimum of Level 3 qualified in engineering and proven hands-on experience and knowledge.
- Experience in the delivery of training in a technical capacity.
- Mechanical/hydraulic skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present at all levels.
- Hold a qualification in teaching/instruction - highly advantageous.
- IT literate - MS Office.

**Technical Training** Instructor Benefits:
