Job Title: Senior Finance Lead

Rubix is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to support the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  2. Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  3. Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize financial opportunities and challenges
  5. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  6. Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership and other stakeholders
  7. Manage and oversee financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and risk management
  8. Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities
  9. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution industry
  2. Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Excel, financial planning and analysis tools
  6. Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant, or equivalent experience
