About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Quality Assurer to join our team at TCHC Group Limited. As an Internal Quality Assurer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our study programs across various delivery areas, including Functional Skills, Business and Retail, Employability/Progression, Health and Social Care, and Construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Curriculum and Quality Manager to implement the Quality Assurance (QA) strategy across the TCHC Group.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks, provide advice and suggestions for improvement, and monitor learner progress.
  • Develop and maintain IQA Sampling Plans to cover all qualifications and teaching staff.
  • Carry out regular summative and formative sampling as required.
  • Provide teaching staff with recorded support based on their training needs.
  • Chair standardisation meetings, take minutes, and ensure that staff complete standardisation surveys following meetings.
  • Participate in OFSTED inspections, attend External Quality Assurance (EQA) visits, and follow up on any actions and recommendations.
Requirements
  • PTLLS, Certificate of Education, or PGCE qualification.
  • Assessor qualification at Level 3 or above.
  • Level 4 IQA qualification.
  • Level 2 Functional Skills qualifications or equivalent in English and Maths.
