Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive PA to provide administrative support to our Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling sales meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule sales meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Sales Support: Provide direct support to the Managing Director in all sales-related activities, assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Support the Managing Director in managing key customer accounts and relationships, help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Communication Management: Handle communication on behalf of the Managing Director, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Data and Analytics: Assist in gathering, analyzing, and reporting sales data and market trends, prepare sales performance reports and presentations.
  • Event and Travel Coordination: Organize and manage travel arrangements and events, including sales meetings, conferences, and client visits.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
