Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Executive members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing confidential documents.

Main Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to Executive members, including diary management, correspondence, and report preparation.

Manage and maintain accurate records, including budgets, absence monitoring, and supervision arrangements.

Develop and implement effective systems to ensure efficient administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements

Advanced knowledge of administrative procedures, including diary management and appointment coordination.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proven experience in managing complex workloads and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
