About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns with a strong focus on customer marketing.

This is a hybrid working role, and you will be expected to work from our Fleet office 2 days a week. Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a bonus scheme.

  1. 2+ years of experience in Marketing delivering campaigns across multiple channels
  2. Proven ability to drive customer advocacy through campaign activity
  3. Experience of working in B2B tech, regtech or fintech would be beneficial
  4. Strong understanding of customer journeys and touch points
  5. Previous use of marketing platforms such as HubSpot
