We are seeking a committed individual to create meaningful analyses and frameworks that provide essential insights into customer behavior and sales metrics. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Global Mile sales leaders across various regions, delivering recommendations aimed at improving performance and guiding strategic choices.

About Global Mile:
Amazon is dedicated to empowering businesses to thrive as Selling Partners. Through Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA), sellers can leverage Amazon's fulfillment capabilities to optimize their operations and expand their reach.

The Global Mile team focuses on Amazon Global Logistics solutions, facilitating international shipping, customs clearance, and storage services to tackle the challenges encountered by Selling Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the design and execution of business analytics initiatives
  • Develop data visualization tools to enhance data interpretation
  • Derive actionable insights from extensive data sets to improve processes
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to boost data quality and insights
  • Pinpoint areas for further exploration and program enhancement
  • Effectively communicate findings to stakeholders through clear documentation and data visualization

About the Team:
The US EMEA Sales Planning team is instrumental in supporting the growth of Global Mile sales and marketing efforts. We strive to achieve business objectives efficiently while maximizing return on investment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in business or data analysis roles
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and data visualization software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in supply chain management, analytics, or a related field
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Retail sectors
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience in web analytics
  • Expertise in business analysis and project management
