About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Analyst to join our team at ECOM Trading. As a Business Transformation Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business process improvements and optimizing supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Business Insight: Develop cross-commodity business insight to support the optimization and development of business processes.
  • Identify Transformation Opportunities: Highlight future transformational changes, focusing on First Mile projects, with opportunities to develop further.
  • Process Discovery: Conduct discovery of origin as-is processes and compare and map differences compared to global ECOM process templates.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with origin teams to facilitate integration and adoption of new First Mile technology.
  • Data Standardization: Build processes to improve data standardization, quality, and coverage, with a specific initial focus on EU regulation compliance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Prepare materials for various stakeholders and work closely with Business teams to align on business requirements and ensure alignment with First Mile projects.
  • Recommendations and Proposals: Make recommendations, proposals for standardizations and prioritization methodologies for Business teams within an agile project structure.
  • Rollout Planning: Coordinate rollout plans for various projects and communicate these with the First Mile Change lead, Service team, and First Mile Project Manager.
  • Project Updates: Provide updates and risks associated with activities assigned to the First Mile Product team in the format predefined for each of the projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst within a project environment with a proven interest in working in a business process/transformation area.
  • Education: A degree in Business, Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Skills, knowledge, and experience within the commodity industry or in a supply chain environment is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Knowledge and experience of communications planning and delivery to support change initiatives, and able to clearly articulate messages to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven numeracy, analytical, and report writing skills.
  • Independence and Proactivity: Ability to work independently and in a proactive manner.
  • Communication and Engagement: Excellent communication skills and ability to engage proactively with various teams within origin countries.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
  • Language Skills: Spanish or/and French speaking would be desirable.
