Full-time Night Sales Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Vacheron Constantin, a prestigious luxury watch brand owned by Richemont. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in representing our brand in the iconic Harrods department store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets while building meaningful relationships with clients.
- Support the Boutique team to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service skills.
- Anticipate clients' specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Represent the Brand inside and outside the Boutique, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strive to achieve 100% in Mystery shopping results for the Boutique team.
- Ensure impeccable grooming standards according to guidelines.
- Act as a role model, nurturing relationships with clients to generate sales leads and build sincere and durable relationships.
- Network within the Harrods environment to create sales opportunities for oneself and members.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as client follow-up, general inquiries, and handling client complaints and concerns.
- Follow internal procedures and corporate guidelines related to daily operations, sales, payments methods, deposits, after-sales service, and Boutique till system.
- Control inventory quality, maintaining exceptional selling conditions.
- Ensure the highest level of service to After-Sales Clients.
- Manage complaints and proactively follow up on the repair process from registration to collection.
- Ensure the timeliness of repairs taken in by the store.
- Strive to achieve conversion in CS to sales.
- Act as an Ambassador for the Brand, ensuring the integrity of its image with clients and within the local retail community.
- Develop relationships within the Harrods ecosystem and build a network of key contacts to benefit from internal synergies, build brand awareness, and recruit new clients.
- Participate in off-site events and clientelling activities organized by the Marketing and Event team.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in Luxury Goods Retail, preferably in a department store.
- Action-oriented, assertive in negotiating and closing deals.
- Meticulous and highly client-focused.
- Result and action-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.
- Very good general education, sense of etiquette, and presentation.
- Strong sense of luxury service, aesthetics, and proactive approach.
- Very good interpersonal competences and ability to interact with international clientele.
- Very good organizational skills.
- Fluent in English, with another language as a nice-to-have (Chinese, Arabic, Russian).
- Flexibility towards working hours.
