About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Ambassador to join our team at Cartier. As a key member of our boutique team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Experience: Ensure a unique and personalized experience for each client, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed individual and boutique sales targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and preferences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines to create an engaging and inviting boutique environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including stock room management and special projects as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in a luxury retail environment, with a strong sales orientation and target-driven background.
  • Cultural Competence: Experience working with diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with ideally one additional language.
  • IT Literacy: Proficient in using IT systems and tools to manage client relationships and sales performance.
