Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally manage all incoming inquiries and reservation calls.
  • Efficiently process bookings, schedule treatments, and coordinate dining arrangements for guests.
  • Promptly send booking confirmations and relevant documentation.
  • Enhance sales and optimize guest reservations.
  • Promote and sell hotel and spa packages, memberships, and special offers to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all spa services, treatments, and products, staying informed about new offerings and industry trends.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services and products to elevate the guest experience and drive sales.

Candidate Profile
  • Demonstrated sales and customer service skills, with a history of meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
  • Experience in the hospitality sector or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to multitask and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as required.
