If that’s a career that appeals to you, we have a Sales Consultant role at Total Home Environment in Moreton in Marsh.**

Now celebrating our 25th anniversary, our family-run business has been designing and installing renewable heating and ventilation systems into self-build homes and renovations across the country. We are passionate about clean, fresh air and helping our customers achieve a healthy, sustainable home.

We are looking for a full time **Sales Consultant**, working with self and custom builders and individuals completing barn conversions and major renovation projects. The sales consultant role will involve:

- keeping in active contact with warm leads and existing opportunities (no hard sales)
- using our CRM system to keep organised
- completing quotations on ventilation, central vacuum and sustainable heating solutions (product training will be given)
- occasionally visiting client’s sites
- working with the Design and Operation teams to insure a smooth handover on order
- being active on social media to promote our products and services
- hosting client meetings in our showroom
- exhibiting at shows.

An essential requirement of the role is previous experience in consultative sales with an honest, open approach.

**We’d ideally be looking for the following skillset**:

- personable and dynamic phone manner
- previous experience in consultative sales
- proven track record of achieving goals
- seamless organisation skills
- attention to detail with pro-active problem-solving disposition
- computer savvy with good ability in Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- awareness of simple area and volume methods
- interest in renewable technology and the construction industry.

**We have the following to offer**:

- salary between £25,000-£28,000 **plus commission** depending on skills and experience
- 20 days holiday (rising to 25 for each year worked) + bank holidays
- a healthy working environment in a large, open-plan office with full ventilation system
- tea station and kitchen

- walking distance to Moreton in Marsh and a leisure centre
- a café around the corner
- working hours 8.30am-5pm Monday-Thursday and until 4.30pm on Friday.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
