About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team at Onebright. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients on their mental health journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage a portfolio of cases, providing proactive administrative support to our clients, customers, and therapists.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to maintain regular contact with our clients, customers, and therapists.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer service or customer-facing environment.
  • Competency in managing administration tasks within the Microsoft software suite.
  • Ability to travel to our Head office 3 days a week.
