About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team at One Bright. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients on their mental health journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage a portfolio of cases, providing proactive administrative support to ensure seamless communication with clients, customers, and therapists.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to maintain regular contact with clients, customers, and therapists, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer service or customer-facing environment, with a proven track record of supporting clients on the phone.
  • Competency in managing administration tasks within the Microsoft software suite.
  • Ability to travel to our Head office 3 days a week.
