Take an active role in enhancing the operational standards of our clubs by utilizing your skills to positively influence the member experience. Maximize member satisfaction and engagement through exceptional facility standards, proactive and reactive maintenance, meticulous attention to detail, and prompt responses to any issues by effectively managing a property management system.
You will familiarize yourself with the clubs and engage with members regarding their activities, seeking ways to enhance their experience at every opportunity through our diverse facilities. Support the leadership team in maintaining all Health and Safety protocols and documentation accurately and promptly. Address member feedback and complaints in a timely manner, manage repair requests and ordering systems while adhering to our operational and financial procedures, and share your knowledge and expertise with fellow team members.
Be prepared to work outside of regular hours as needed.
What qualifications, skills, and experience are required?Essential technical skills or disciplines (e.g., Carpentry, Plumbing, Single Phase Electrics). A Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar) is desirable but not mandatory, as training can be provided. Demonstrated excellence in customer service, strong listening and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial. A valid driving license or the capability to travel efficiently between clubs under your responsibility is essential for multi-site roles.
