About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Operative to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our clubs and providing an exceptional experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to prevent problems.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent member experience.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our facilities and equipment to provide expert support and guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our maintenance processes.

Requirements
  • Technical skills or discipline (e.g. Carpentry, Plumbing, Single Phase Electrics).
  • Possession of a Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar) is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and members.
  • A full driving licence or ability to travel efficiently between clubs.
