About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Lead to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders to drive sustainable profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Insight and Analysis: Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and insights to support business leaders in making informed decisions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and management teams to gain a thorough understanding of the business.
  • Operational Performance: Contribute to driving operational performance by promoting commercial thinking and understanding the key drivers of the business.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Take a leading role in the annual budgeting process and track progress towards budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Team Leadership: Assume a lead role within the Commercial Finance team and work closely with colleagues to drive improvement and enhance planning tools.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or equivalent accountancy experience.
  • Experience: Consultancy/business strategy/professional services experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proven analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and IT proficiency with MS Excel.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, self-starter, tenacious, and diplomatic.
