Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Manager to oversee the operations of a large site in excess of 350,000 sq ft. As a key member of our team at Concrete Consulting, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the site, including the management of service partners and engagement with end users (tenants).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of service partners on site, ensuring that they are delivering high-quality services to our clients.
- Engage with end users (tenants) on a daily basis, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Manage and oversee health and safety on site, ensuring that all necessary protocols are in place and adhered to.
- Develop and manage service charge budgets, ensuring that they are aligned with our clients' needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve the tenant experience and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing a site of a similar scale.
- Experience in managing service charge budgets and overseeing health and safety on site.
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
