Job Title: Customer Services Representative- German Speaking

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Services Representative to join our team. As a German speaking representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer queries and process incoming customer requests via phone and email management software.
  • Process customer orders using in-house system software.
  • Make outgoing phone calls to customers to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
  • Develop relationships with customers and build opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both oral and written English and German.
  • Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must have a UK visa.
Work Schedule:

We offer a flexible work schedule with a mix of weekdays and weekends. You will work from home most of the time, with occasional visits to our office in Cambridgeshire.
