Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at NP Aerospace. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive pre and post-contract support and guidance, focusing primarily on the UK market with limited involvement in export markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex customer contracts and subcontracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to address opportunities and risks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on commercial and legal issues, advising the wider business on internal commercial governance.
- Support the sales team in all commercial aspects relating to its 'Representatives' network, including drafting and reviewing agreements.
- Responsible for the creation, monitoring, updating, and rolling out of commercial processes and guidance to the wider business.
Requirements:
- Considerable experience in a commercial or contract management role, preferably in a defence or highly regulated environment.
- Experience in evaluating, drafting, negotiating, closing, and managing the legal, commercial, and contractual aspects of complex contracts.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
