Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Venue Find Consultant to join our London sourcing team on a full-time basis. As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, developing venue destination knowledge, and working as part of a team to find the right solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Exceed client expectations by delivering high-quality service and meeting customer needs.
- Continually develop excellent venue destination knowledge through building relationships with key suppliers, attending familiarisation visits, and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Work as part of a team to find the right solutions for our clients, ensuring they are supported and informed throughout their journey with BCD Meetings and Events.
- Assist the Team Manager as required on various matters, including monitoring customer service levels and quality assurance.
- Assist with training and development of consultants by sharing knowledge and experience.
- Previous experience and knowledge of meetings & events venues / destinations in the United Kingdom and Overseas is essential.
- You will have a flexible and proactive approach to work, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects under pressure.
- You will be comfortable with dealing with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office, including Excel, and experience of entering and extracting data from various databases.
- Being motivated to provide the best customer service for each client while developing your own knowledge, skills, and experience.

This role is hybrid based with 3 days a week spent in the London office. The shift patterns for venue search are 9-5:30, 8:30-5, or 9:30-6 on a rotate basis, with an hour's lunch break. You may be required to travel to attend company meetings / events or familiarisation trips in the United Kingdom or Overseas.
