Job Description

Role Overview

As a Work Capacity Assessment (WCA) - Disability Assessor, you will play a critical role in evaluating how health conditions impact daily living and work activities. Your work will directly contribute to the fair and accurate distribution of disability benefits, helping claimants receive the support they need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review Medical Evidence: Analyze a variety of medical documentation, including GP reports and specialist opinions, to develop a well-rounded understanding of each claimant's health.
  • Conduct Disability Assessments: Evaluate how health conditions impact daily living and work activities, using your expertise to make informed decisions.
  • Report Writing: Develop the skills needed to produce detailed, objective, and high-quality reports.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-qualification in your respective field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, proficient typing, and excellent IT skills are essential.
